[question] Guillotine vs Stonefist Rebuke for phys warder
got both, but my damage with stonefist is above 21k, while with guillotine its below 10k. But, according to stats, Guillotine was made to use with Warder. Which makes me curious - is it meant to deal less damage, while focusing on survival (coz 7 (8?)% leech is A LOT), or my build just doesnt fit it?

It depends on your intended damage type. Stonefist Rebuke is meant for Physical builds, but Guillotine is meant for Bleed builds. If you built for Bleed, Guillotine would show a much higher damage value.

I, honestly, dont care about damage type, for as long as it works well with full soldier tree (coz I dont have the dlc yet to refund them). Nice to hear.

But will this build more single-target focused? I mean - my current build is phys/trauma and my primal damaging skill is forcewave.
While bleed will be about blade arc (which is fine itself, but, iirc, has less AoE) and devouring swarm, right? (which have almost non-existant radius of effect, thus more effective against single target)

If you're using Forcewave, you should stick with Stonefist Rebuke. The Tremor transmuter that makes it spammable actually scales with casting speed, which Stonefist Rebuke has, since it's clearly designed for that sort of build. You're right about Blade Arc, in fact one Warder legendary set is called Bloodrager and boost Savagery and Blade Arc for Bleed damage. One of my characters pairs that with Guillotine for massive bleeding damage. The DoTs are insane, but watch out for reflect, lol! Devouring Swarm is helpful there for its Bleed resistance reduction, but it can be a pain to use. However, it's not a single target skill like you think. What matters is its 100% chance to pass through enemies, so it can hit all enemies in a line. Spam it a few times in an arc and you can cover a crowd of enemies.

didnt know about cast speed, thanks. Im not that diehard forcewave fan, but if it will work better than what I can get out of bleed build - I ll stick with it :)

my current build is something about it:

At the very begining, I didnt know about impossibility to refund skill points without a DLC, so - did all possible mistakes and tried to ♥♥♥♥♥♥ my character for as much, as possible. I think, its not that bad, after all (I still have 9 levels to get points off and whole difficulty to reconsider resistances-related stuff anyway).

(Yes, I know that dryad's blessing for somebody with 12lvl totem is kinda overkill on elite. I just didnt find anything better to invest into, lol)

You can still refund some points without the DLC, but you can't remove points you put into the MAstery. "Rhea", in Devil's Crossing, can refund both skill points (for iron bits) and Devotioon points (for Aether Crystals). The DLC simply gives you potions to do for "free" what she does for a minor cost. If you don't know where she is, check Devil's Crossing and up the stairs in the main area of D.C. in the last Cell at the "top".

yeah, that what I've used to talk about. Or did you mean that mastery points arent refundable even with dlc?
