Some will have all achievements, some will have many achievements, some will have some achievements. "Completing" the game means different things to different people. I have 138 hours in so far, all actual playtime, and I haven't "completed" the game yet. I have played over 122 i different builds, all vanilla games, no guides or calcs used. And finally have abuild I like.
So, how long it takes really depends on your playstyle, preferences and familiarity with aRPG's. How long will it take me to "complete" the game? Dunno. All depends on how much I decide to just keep enjoying it "uncompleted".
Two totally different people :'D
Yeap. One of the great things about this game. No "only-one'way-to-play-it" linearity. You can play it how you like to play it. As quickly, or as slowly as you like. With only one character, built following a guide or using a calc, or a dozen characters built as you go with no Mods, no guides, just trying all sorts of crazy ideas. I like to completely lear maps, do tons of bounties, try many different builds without calc testing them first. And just stomp around thrashing trash mobs and farming, farming, farming. Lol!
Just bought the Crucible DLC last night too. I am guessing I will just have a ton of fun and hours wth that as well. Iz all gud. ;)
Yeah a fresh start will take a little more time to survive ultimate.
Multiply that by 3 to make it through all difficulties.
Looking up a build can be useful, helping you create a character that you enjoy playing.
I try my best to do everything on Normal, then speed through Elite, and take my time on Ultimate.
To max out a character and beat ultimate....i don't know still haven't actually beaten ultimate yet... :-)
Trust me mate, i have maxed a character in almost that time, maybe 35 hours or so. 1-85 with all side quests done and all maps explored fully. BUT it all depends on the amount of twink gear and optimization of your build..And your mentality too i guess. I'm not scared of dying, i'd rather die a lot and progress fast than try to kite everything and play it safe all the time.
