(Hamlet) Fog slow down issue

Since fog is a big part of Hamlet, it forces player to wear Pith Hat/Cowl/Weevole Mantle to not be slowed, but two of the equipment are unreliable due to their resource.

For Pith Hat, apart from the free cloth, spamming hat and tools shop just to get the hat or cloth is not a very viable option.

As for the Cowl, grants you "full vision" to combat fog, but has limited duration and the batilisk wing is non-renewable (afaik).

Then there's weevole mantle, it's an okay armor that does not contribute to the weight and is renewable, but at the same time it prevents you from wearing hats/armor that would slow you down and limit your inventory.

Now you can argue to just wear bear minimum on Humid season, go inside when fog happens, or just play Wagstaff, but I feel like it would be nice to make either the bats renewable or make cloth somehow easier to get. You can't even refine bamboo that you can buy on the oddities shop, rendering it useless.

Edit: I just remember that you can't rely on sewing kit for the hats either, since hound's tooth is rare and has the same issue with the "shop spam" if you are taking the alternative.

It's a solution, but I think each worlds should stand on it's own leg for the most part with no world hopping needed

e.g. the inability to refine bamboo in Hamlet even though you can purchase it in shop. I feel like it's one of the design oversight that they had.

Another issue I want to bring up again is the limited batilisk wing, they could've added that drop to the vampire bat. There's a mod for it but I think it should've been part of the game.
