Archipelago Bug - No wormhole to 6th island

I was playing Archipelago and couldn't find the 6th island wormhole. So I eventually revealed the whole map via console and I still can't find it. I am pretty sure it's a bug. I have been through every wormhole, apart from the 2nd island, which i can't get to.

Let's look at it more closely. The starting island (far left island with normal forest and swamp biome) where you spawn have 2 wormholes. Where do they lead?

Describe which wormhole leads where from each island.

I have visited all of them multiple times. They just don't lead to the 6th island. Only 3 islands out of the 6 have 2 wormholes. It's just not possible. 100% bug.
