Constantly Losing Health

I'm playing Wolfgang and am on day 70 now and have noticed that I am slowly but constantly losing health until it gets just under 100. It's winter but I have plenty of food, heat, sanity and everything. I just recently built a meat effigy and only noticed the health drain after that. Anyone know what could be causing this?

Hum... Are you really sure about not loosing health due to the cold? That's the only thing that seems logical... If you look up the Meat Effigy at Don't Starve-wiki, does it say something about health drain?

Even sitting at the fireplace with full heatstone and everything it was still draining. Winter is over now and the problem seems to have gone away though. Still odd.

Have you got a strange amulet on because there is one that drains health for hunger (newer updates) if that is not the case I guess it might be the cold or some weird bug.

Its his perk. The more hunger you have the more health he has and the mightier you get. But more might drains your hunger faster. This is why you loose health at a constant rate because your hunger is decreasing.

Same thing is happening to me... I'm playing as Wolfgang and his health slowly depletes over time until about 70. My hunger and sanity are both very high and its not winter. This is only on day 4 so I don't have any strange items that cause it... I know Wolfgang's health goes up or down based on his hunger but my hunger is maxed. Anyone have any idea why?

I play as the spider and my health drains when I play Don't Starve together. Sometimes for no reason, or at least no apparent reason. Any ideas?

He specifically said he has plenty of food, and Wolfgang's health does not go down past 150.
