I want to know why this game lacks so many things,like ice in winter and tumbleweeds.

Why did you expect those things? There is plenty to explore and play with in the game, so I'm not sure why you'd mention some random features and say they're "missing".

I hear them from the walkthrough,maybe my expression is wrong,the ice refers to the ice cube,I am just curious why the game i play is different from theirs.

Don't Starve has 3 DLCs : Reign of Giants, Shipwrecked and Hamlet. RoG has more seasons.

Don't Starve Together is separate multi player game. It incorporates RoG stuff.

Right, there are different DLC's and versions so a random walkthough probably doesn't cover the base game. There is still plenty to do in Vanilla though. You might want to check out 100 Days of Don't Starve With No Experience ; I thought it was a good beginners introduction to the base game with relatively few spoilers.
