Or you can just kite him and kill him really easily you can do that too
1. run close enough that he starts to attack, then instantly run away again before he hits.
2. As soon as you can, run back in and hit him 2-3 times. Dont be greedy, take your time and youll take him out no problems.
3. Rinse and repeat. if you get good enough you can get in 2-3 hits after each attack, but slow and safe is better than still and bleeding.
Feed them to the beefalos!
ya but my ice idea gets it done in about 60 seconds, and there no way of it hurting u bak
He'll still be wandering around though, just not attacking you until you cut down wood nearby.
Ice works too but you first have to get a ice staff, and as those are somewhat harder to craft than an axe or spear, you may want to save it for something more difficult :)
not if u find an epic graveyard :p lol
Pretty much this. Just make sure you make a log or grass suit pretty early on for moments like this. If you're good you can even hit em 4 times before each attack. If you want to lower the chance of treeguards just make sure you replant all the pine cones you find.
This is incorrect, planting pine cones while there is no treeguard does not lower the chances of him spawning, if anything, it can increase it, as he can spawn from pinetrees you planted.
It's a good idea to plant pinecones near your base for a renewable forest, but always keep some on hand when chopping down trees.
