There is no game quite like it. Its a "rouge like" game that might put some people of but for me its rewarding to play and it keeps you on the edge trying to survive whatever the world throws at you.
Just get it.
Ultimately I think the game is amazing. It's a great time killer, it's fun, it's addictive, and I personally think it has a lot of potential for future updates and development. I certainly hope the intend on supporting the game and though I DESPISE the new dlc era I'd be willing to buy some for this game.
Like everyone likes to say, you can spend $5 dollars on a meal you'll enjoy for an hour tops, $12 for an hour and a half movie, and these days AAA titles charge you $50 for a 6 game with a sloppy multiplayer. When I was growing up games like Perfect Dark gave you an amazing single player with many options, Co-Op, and a fantastic multiplayer TOGETHER, not one or the other. So really, indie games like this are the sweet spot, the only downside being they tend to be short or "simple". In this case, there's a huge amount of replay value (game is built around replay value), so I don't think you can go wrong picking it up.
It's $10 bucks now and you get two copies; that's literally a steal. There are definitely a lot worse games you could "waste" your hard earned cash on.
And, if you don't like it, you could always trade that extra copy for another game.
Also people get curious when they see there friends are playing it on steam.
It's worth twice that just for one copy. It's the best game of it's kind you will ever play, and the devs are one of the best around. They update fortnightly, and each update adds a large amount of content that makes the game bigger, better and much more interesting, and much more challenging as well.
There isn't much bad to say about this game, especially when you consider its low price.
Go for it. I have over 150 hours and I haven't even scratched the surface yet. Not many games you can say that about that cost less than £10 for two copies
