How to eat monster meat without having the health and sanity penalties:

In the crock pot you can use one monster meat as a meat for any recipe that requires meat. You can't use more than one per recipe.

You can cook monster meat and feed it to a bird in a cage and the bird will give you an egg.

You can feed four monster meat to a pig which turns him into a werepig. Kill him and get two meat and one pigskin.

as say before dont use more then 1 monstermeat but alsol dont use durians if you have monstermeat in the pot because even durians are same like monstermeat that you cant use 2 in a pot or you may get monsterlasangna (realy bad) recipes that use meat and where you can use savely 1 monstermeat and are a good recipe are

meatballs just use 1 monstermeat (or any type of meat) and use 3 berrys carrots or even ice

pierogi a food that heals 40 you need to use 1 monstermeat 1 egg and 1 veggie like mushrooms or carrots something small then use a filler wich can be ice

beacon and eggs use 1 monster meat 1 small meat and 2 eggs gives 75 hunger and 20 heal and last for a longer time alsol if you want to risk it you can use 2 monstermeat and 2 eggs if you use 2 monster there is a 50-50 change to get monsterlasangna or baconandeggs

honey ham and honey nuggets for ham use 1 monster and 1 big meat and 2 honey for nuget use 1 monster and 3 honey ham has 75 hunger and 30 heal and nuget is 37 hunger and 20 heal and both take a realy long time in the pot to cook

meaty stew is 1 monster and 2 big meat and then you can use a berry or ice for filler this gives 12 heal but the real reason is the big 150 hunger the mas for most characters but for wolfgang its realy good to fill you up fast if you want to go into battle

and then there are other meat food that use a special type of meat like frog sandwich or meat food that are not realy that good some of them are part of some of the dlc or even multyplayer same goes for the character warly wich his own pot can make some special food only his own pot can make but in general those i listed here are some good recipes you can use 1 monstermeat for

Monster lasagna cannot contain twigs, so that opens up a possibility:

2 monster meat + twigs + tallbird egg = bacon & eggs

This only works because the tallbird egg counts as four regular eggs.

Of course, it's probably easier just to hunt rabbits, birds or moleworms and go the more conventional route of 2 eggs + monster meat + morsel = bacon & eggs.
