Best Control Scheme for DS?

Hello!

I've watched a lot of people play DS and have seen a variety of ways they control the game. They either use:

A controller, WASD to move, or mouse to move.

What I'm wondering is what you think is the optimal choice? I tried controller a bit and didn't like it, I've been using WASD and am ok with it, so please tell me what is best.

I use WASD to walk and Space to pick up objects and fight. I only use mouse when handling inventory, so it's very handy.

I use a gaming mouse(Logitech G700), I have all the needed hotkeys are mapped to it so I don't ever have to touch my keyboard.

What do you bind the Zoom to?

I like to play with controller too. I think Klei has done a great job again with the controller support, as for Mark of the Ninja.

A lot of interesting answers folks... I still think I'm gonna stick with WASD. I really find the controller to be kinda awkward, I might grow on it eventually. Thanks for the answers everyone!

i use WASD to move, spacebar to pick up items, and my mouse to fight.
i used a controller, too and was completely fine with it.. just when it came to fighting; it would lock onto chester sometimes

the one problem I have with the controller is locking to an enemy from afar with a long range weapon. Does anyone know how to get around this? Other than that I like the controller better
