Yeah i was annoyed at first, but honestly with a bit of practices, snakes are easy to kill without getting hit. I kill any yellow snake I see in case it drops a gland. Thankg god the glands dont spoil! keep a supply, like the spider glands.

Im liking the changes though. Food seems super easy to get... but not dying is still hard because theres creatures everywhere that can damage you a fair bit if you arent careful.

I only got through my first poison experience thanks to a touchstone too.

Wearing shell armour also prevents being poisoned from spiders and mosquitoes, and gas masks prevent poisoning from the... bubbly things and flying things. Whatever they're called.

i got glands from the skunk-devilfish, dont know if yellow snakes drop them, also the yellow spiders from tier 2 dens now have posion attacks, care with them coz i didnt know it and they killed me :3

I died to poison on my first attempt, so when I saw the bubbling pools in a swap I thought 'Ahah! Stock up on poison glands!'. I didn't realise that digging the pools poisons you (though I had a much higher drop rate of glands than yellow snakes). Just to be aware!!!!

*sniff* *sniff* had gas mask captain hat a nice camp a row boat and so close to make a frigde but dat F###!NG snake had to poison me then got poison gland from flying squirrel and 3 more from a secret treasure but sanity low so sailed like a cat on fire to my base when got there stopped poison but died by shadow monster gg klei this is too damn op of a thing :_:

Day 17 - I've been poisoned by "Stinkrays" and I've been hurting ever since. I've been chowing down on my Seafood Gumbo's to keep healthy.
I have yet to come across any poison glands.
