Trawl Net and Sea Trap

Does anyone know how to use them? Do you just drop them in the middle of the sea and wait? I've tried dropping them on wobster dens but it doesn't let me...

You need a better boat, the rafts don't have the equip slots to use the net, but watch out the net is one use only, when you unequip it then it's gone, so only unequip it when you;ve caught all the things you want

You drag it around, like over jellyfish or the schools of fish i think....I know its works on jellyfish

And the sea trap? Is that also an equippable item?

You plant it as normal trap, except on the water.
