Unlock the new Shipwrecked characters.
Any idea how?

I know for Walani you have to have 2240 EXP points, I jus unlocked her and she's by far the best character for this DLC because of her surfboard and abilty to dry quickly.

I'm going to have to disagree. Wickerbottom is by far the easiest character for SW. I guess it's somewhat personal preference, but, the fact that she can make most nautical items (boat and sail are a huge help), a backpack, etc, from day one? Huge advantage. Gives you the ability to roam around collecting items while searching for your dream spot.
