Lost Abigail's Flower in DS - single player - can't craft

I am playing as Wendy and lost my sister Abigail's flower when she went far off screen to fight some creatures and died. I believe she died somewhere not on my map, so her flower doesn't show up anywhere in the world and I've looked everywhere but can't find it.

Is there anyway to force respawn the flower? I'm playing vanilla DS, there's no way to craft it, although in DST you can craft it (Why isn't that in the base game??)

Try the console command. c_spawn("abigail_flower")

Abigail's flower is visible from the map screen, making it easy to relocate should the player accidentally lose track of it. If the flower somehow falls into the ocean, it will disappear like a normal item and will re-spawn near the player.
