Applied Horticulture & Green Mushrooms

Does ths book not work on mushrooms? I spent a lot of time trying to find a green mushroom ring to take advantage of with wickerbottoms book, But nothing happend when i used it! Is this a glitch? Because there's no way i would want to use wickerbottom if i can't farm green mushrooms this way

There is something you should know. Cactus when cooked gives sanity as well, and wicker CAN grow that.

But cactus can't be relocated and don't spawn in large groupings

Green Mushrooms ONLY appear during dusk, so if you used Applied Horticulture on them during the day or night, my guess is that's why they weren't appearing. If so, find them at dusk and then it should work. Hope that helped.
