Cant craft Rain Hat

So i have the required materials, 1 bone shard, 2 moleworms, a straw hat and am standing next to an alchemy engine. The recipe wont show up. i see all the other recipes, breezy vest, walking cane etc but no hat.

I have no mods besides combined status enabled, and i have tried this with it on and off to no avail.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks

The rain hat flat out sucks tbh. Youd best use your resources for something else, and have football helmet + umbrella.
