Requesting key...
I have the game, plus all DLCs. There should be three CDKEYs. I saw them earlier, when was redeeming them on HumbleBundle to get DRM-Free (or how Klei calls them "Standalone") versions. Now it doesn't show cdkeys at all.
This happened to me too after I send a support ticket to Klei. I could see only ShipWrecked normal DST now I don't see any key, it's always requesting. Try posting on the forum or send a ticket to Klei too.

Edit: I have never used the CD keys in Don't Starve Together, but when I logged in to Don't Starve Together today it automatically unlocked Bottomless Pit and Pirate Birdcage for me. So it looks like redeeming the keys is no longer required.

Just downloaded Dont Starve Together and when I started it, those items were given to me.
The only drawback I see here is that you no longer can claim Standalone versions (i.e. DRM-Free) of Dont Starve from Humble Bundle using the CDKEYs.
Earlier it was possible.
