In singleplayer Don't Starve, do Bunnymen aggro on Bunny Puffs?

I seem to remember hearing somewhere that they did, but in DST they didn't ever seem to. I was wondering if it might be something that happens here but not there.

I would assume the bunnymen aggro on Bunny Puffs, since they're meat. You can't eat them because they're flagged as "HORRIBLE", but pigs and spiders don't mind. It's just like Pig Skin. I guess you could check if bunnymen aggro on pig skin. Maybe they ignore horrible meat?

I'm fairly certain, yes. And I think they even chase you a ludicrous distance shouting "REVENGE!" and it's almost impossible to lose them without going reeeeally far or damaging them enough that they run away.

Placing your aggro items in chester prevents all this by the way.
