But there's a mod to turn Cassia gay. The one and only romance mod I can find on the Nexus.
Yes and I didn't ask for that. The game has romance, and I'm disappointed with the romance options.
And if you want a depraved herecy adjacent lover, you can always go for Marazhai. :)
What Tau? There is some tau tech in the game (as static props), which is a lot easier than adding a singular blue skinned Xenos in for a Rogue trader to sleep with.
I'm not into dudes though.
I really wanted to romance a sister of battle, an Aeldari girl, or a felinid girl. There is a felinid space marine chapter called the nekosuccubi. Would have been awesome to romance one of them.
Why did they make the female Aeldari boring? Platonic, really?
It doesn't even make sense. How do the craftworlds increase their population? Are they all clones?
A Tau girl would have made sense for an iconoclast character. "the greater good" seems like it would align pretty well with a character who cares about the peasantry.
The usual way, slowly and not with xenos.
Possibly if there were any Tau in the game, if they felt like it would work depending on what Caste the Tau in question is (i'd expect any potential allied Tau to be Earth or Water really)
reproducing slowly just means they go extinct. There are plenty of bad things in the 40k universe that will wipe you out, and even humanity's survival isn't guaranteed and humanity breeds like rabbits and has one of the largest territories in the galaxy.
also the RT has a vested interest in producing children for lore reasons. They need descendants to inherit the warrant of trade. So there's basically no valid reason to romance the platonic elf. She is a waste of space.
* and poorly written
Be glad they gave any romance options as considering the companions it is unlikely even the ones can do.
If you want a dating sim with less story and rpg then I'd suggest baldurs gate 3 or the sim or like I said before. Go to the visual novel section or reddit some drukhari fanfiction
Also there is a partner for every conviction: Cassia/Heinrix/KIbellah can be good both for dogmatic and iconoclast. Jae/Yrliet for iconoclast. Jae/Marazhai/Kibellah for heretic
Yes they are, why lorefully they try and avoid fighting on a large scale and try to manipulate things so that others fight for them or get in the way of events, gamewise its a massive tragedy that they have lost an entire world to human machinations. And if you play her story why its quite intimidating a potential outcome depending on choices made
And yet you want a Tau as a romance option but that would be the same outcome ~ Xenos are not going to produce a Von Valancius Heir
Ignore all the romance, its not what i want or expect from the game.
