Apparently I'm marked as a cheater for my friend...?

So did Overkill apparently add a anti-cheat system or something in the newest update? While I was playing the new heist with two of my friends, my friend asked me why it says "Cheater" in red above my name. I then said what and asked for a screenshot.

And before anyone starts saying this, no, I do not hack or cheat. I do however have mods installed but nothing that would be considered cheating. Currently the only mods I have installed is the current build of Hoxhud (P7.6), Fixed Sleeves (Hoxton Only), PDTH Heat Suits[forums.lastbullet.net], Yellow Taser MOD and Zdann's Graphics Tweak.

Apparently also my other friend I was playing with at the sametime didn't see this "cheater" title above my name, and my friend who did doesn't have any mods installed at all except for Shadow map mod. (I showed her how to install it because payday 2 always made her laptop heat up quickly.)

Any clue what's causing this, I REALLY don't want to deal with people kicking me because of this when I don't cheat.

vvv In this case, there are lots of things about the update that HoxHud's anti cheat doesn't like. First aid kits, some issue with the server, and probably a few other things.

There are some occasional errors in the system, and it'll tag you a cheater for the remainder of your play session. It happens usually because desync. It happened to my buddy once while we were playing a Watchdogs and it suddenly said he tried picking up too many bags. I laughed heartedly, because I know he's too lazy to download a trainer for a game he hardly plays.

Try going online once, and see if they ask about it/kick you.
Also, I'm pretty sure the tag goes away when you restart the game, but I'm not 100% certain. It went away for my buddy after he restarted.

Similar thing happened with my friend.
We were at the end of breakout, he tries to toss the bag into the van and the game despawns the bag and marks him as a cheater for "spawning bags".
We had to restart and everything went fine.

Oh yeah, and Hoxhud doesn't like this update. I think it's something with the new First Aid kits.

It's hoxhud that marked you as a cheater.

Did you pick up the server on day 2? Apparently hoxhud doesnt like this, and marks people as cheating when they take it

Can the mods here please make a sticky saying 'TURN OFF HOXHUDS ANTI-CHEAT'? Not sure how much of a difference it would make, as people like OP ignored even the official Hoxhud group's announcement, but it might help clean these topics up a tiny bit.

Yeah there have been a lot of legit bug reports posted that were just drowned by complaints of things Hoxhud caused. I don't even think the mods are going to bother cleaning up that subforum.
