Otherwise, you should be fine to just get your savefile from the steam cloud (if you have steam cloud enabled).

Find your save file from your old account, copy the "remote" folder and move it to the new account's PD2 save directory. Details can be found in the guide above.
NOTE:
Your save file will likely have already completed many achievements. If you load this save file into your new Steam account and boot up Payday 2, it's possible that this new Steam account will instantly earn a number of achievements.
Simultaneous achievement-unlocks look really fishy, so you could get branded a cheater at some point in the future and get banned from the forums/community group. If you do, contact the moderator that issues the ban and explain your case. Or just keep your profile marked as private (still looks fishy, but that's it).
The safest bet would be to start over from scratch. But I wouldn't blame you for not wanting to do that.
EDIT:
Bluewave corrected me. My info was outdated.
Although Squeeps there's no point in swapping account. If your account got hacked, just lock it down with a new password. Whatever way the "hacker" got your password will not change by changing steam accounts, they'll just have a new account to get into.
The only reason you'd need to swap would be if they got you VAC banned or something similar.
Don't know what other people are talking about, you can't transfer saves between accounts.
Try it and you'll find your save will fail to load because it's associated with a different account.
I haven't actually tried messing with different accounts' saves since either beta or shortly after release, but I just expected it was still possible. I was wrong :)
- For same-account, new PC, use Steam Cloud or manual backups (if you try Steam Cloud, make a manual backup first, just in case).
- Can't be done cross-account.
