How do you make your own game?

I see no option. There's usually one. Like "Create game" "Host Game" Ect.

But when I go to Crime.net, I only see others and no way to make my own.

buying a contract should work. I think there is another option but I don't remember it.

Buy a contract or select empty lobby from crime.net

Open Crime.net:

Choose some contract with no tiny little white people on them if you find one you like,or click on contract broker (low left corner).Choose your heist and set your lobby option (minimum level limit,friends only,etc.)Voilà,you have your own game

Hopped on to take a quick example shot for you. Those are empty lobbies that you can host, look for symbols like those and you can host your own game. A quick way to do it is set the filters to friends only, as it will only show lobbies you can host, and any games your friends are involved in.
