How do you do the achievement 'Let's Do The...' It says "In the Ukrainian job, complete the heist within 35 seconds"
How is that possible? Don't you have to crack a safe in order to win the job?

Using the Technician skill "Shaped Charges" and acing it, you can use Trip Mines to open safes almost instantly. That, and the tiara is very rarely in the store's front area rather than in the back, I believe.

I can't do it on normal the lowest option is hard, why is that?

Ah forgot about that, Pro jobs can only be done on hard and above, don't do deathwish for this achvement, Titan Safes cannot be blown open. There is a chance you might get a Titan Safe on lower difficulties, if that happens then quit and restart until you get it

but yea, the easiest is to be 2-3 people. 2 with c4, one runs for each safe, and one with ecm who just puts down an ecm asap so the alarm doesnt go off which might cause the car to drive off (ive had that happen to me)

its also possible with just one person with c4 but that way i needed a few tries because if its in the 2nd safe you open, you lose valueable seconds

I can't really do this, If I smash through the back window the guards call security, I feel like this is only possible if you have another player who uses EMC.

Get a third guy with an ECM if you want to play safer.
He slaps it as soon as you guys have masked on and entered the store

As everyone's saying, shaped charges, also sometimes a titan and non titan safe appear, usually it's the non-titan safe that will have the tiara if this happens, best way i've done usually is to run in, shoot any cop in the way, shape charge whichever one isn't titan, grab the tiara, sprint out.

Not on Ukrainian job as far as i remember,the van stays until the first responders arrive.The safest way is getting a third guy with ecms.

On UK, the van leaves instantly - on Jewelery Store, it waits up to 10 seconds.

read my comment. its easiest to be done with 2 friends. 2 people with c4 and 1 with ecm. easy

It is easy, all you do is as soon as you load in, mask up and run into the shop, gun down any guards in the way, find safe, blow safe, grab tiara, leg it. If you done it right you should have done it before the cops even arrive and thus does not make the van leave or trigger any pursuit.

Also it counts FROM the start, so waiting around will affect the time.
