I say that #1 or #2 are NOT packs you should buy (First). If you want any pack, get Courier first, then pick whatever looks cool afterwards.

The Commando rifle is still a viable weapon on certain builds and I believe it has the fastest reload of any rifle. It's also a good starter rifle that's immediately available to you at level 0 if you're still going through the Infamy levels.

Honestly if you like the look of one of the guns just buy them. So long as you're not a twit they're viable enough, especially on overkill. Deathwish is by design quite minmaxy. If you're just going along in overkill (or below) you really don't have any reason not to take them if you want.

Gage Courier Mod is a must because it bypasses random mods for weapons, and instead you can aquire some decent mods from an easter egg hunt in game.

It's not pay to win, it's pay to bypass rng.
