No, i saw guys do shadow raid and they killed all the guards. Also i was able to answer 4 while playing solo

How? Without the skill, you could only answer two pagers - with, it was like it is right now. It didn't allow you to answer six or gave every player with it two more pagers - it was still limited to four for the entire team.

It's not useless, it's now doing it's intended job ONLY - getting hostages for converting and trading. It was never supposed to be a stealth skill and Overkill fixed that almost two years ago.

The host was cheating, or OP witnessed Shadow Raid being ECM rushed and didn't realise they were placing ECMs...
