Flush GPU
Is there a way to replace flush gpu setting with something not so much fps droppable? Without flush this game really sucks and becomes unplayable but with it my fps gets -15.

If you turn Flush GPU off, it will boost your fps.

Use the lower shadow map mod

It's a tradeoff. Better FPS or no mouse lag.

Going blind with this one: is there some sort of "smooth movement"setting in the control panel,mouse section? Try disabling it

there is no mouse section in control panel :) and this problem is only in Payday, not in other games

You should really accept that your "computer" can't handle the game, you can't even get stable 30 FPS with everything on low, why even bother?

win7, i3 dual 2.1ghz, 4gb ram, 610m 1gb video. Thats not about it, the topic is about flush gpu exactly, because i never saw setting like this and its kinda irritating because wtihout it my fps is 30 but mouse lags, and with it mouse is ok like in other games but fps drops to 20.
