I freaking love this song, and when I found out you can get it playing in the PD2 menu, I really want to get the original game's soundtrack just for it, especially on a discount. However, since PAYDAY: The Heist's soundtarck is a DLC, I'm wondering if, just for the track in PD2, do I still need to buy the whole PD1 game to be able to own the DLC. I've never purchased DLC without a game since Steam clearly says I need to own the game for its DLC, and without the game I assume the DLC couldn't show up in my library. Is just the purchase record of the soundtrack enough for PD2 or do I need to have The Heist in order to even buy their soundtrack? Dumb question, but I think the one song is worth it.

needing the game along with sountrack, just buy both they are almost being given away at the moment.

Yes, you do need the original game to get the pdth soundtrack. But I mean, it's on sale, so it won't hurt your wallet too much.

if you have the cash spare buy wolfpack dlc for payday: the heist also, it gives you 2 heists in payday 2 and the DLC for payday the heist. Not sure what the price is on that though
