For simple effeciency the banks are a go to but that's more just the lessened need to restart and relative swiftness of completion.

I would think that Framing Frame gives alot of xp but you then have the fun of successive restarts on day 3 depending on the fickleness of RNGesus.

Sorry, would need others with actual numbers.

Transport: Train Heist
Golden Grin Casino
Big Bank
Scarface Mansion
Murkywater Station

**Note that these are not necessarily best at xp per minute.

Golden Grin Casino, Bomb: Dockyard, Diamond Store (if you're below level 30). Most of good XP stealth heists reward around 30k (give or take a few 1k), so really as long as you're doing the harder ones you'll be fine.

The Long Guide has the breakdown of all the XP values per heist.

Diamond store. More XP than shadow raid and can be finished in 5 minutes or under.

Big Oil

Day 1 stealth gives a +15% stealth bonus and is easily done with ECMs.

Day 2 is pretty simple as well

Except Day 2 is not stealthable.
Before you comment something like ''Yes it is.''
I tried to stealth it. When your chopper arrives, the alarm sounds, so you have to go loud.

btw, OP, best missions for XP in stealth are Shadow Raid and Murky Station.
I prefer MS because RNGesus can't f*ck me over by replacing the VERY expensive EMP bombs with Almir's Toast.

Day 2 is stealthable you still get the bonus xp if you don't sound the alarm befor the chopper arrives and it dose "go loud" but it is still get your stealth xp bonus.

1. i don't care about xp anymore i'm already flithy rich and max infamy
2 we still consider big oil stealthable because you don't have to fight any cops when the alarm goes off
