ECM Jammer alerting everyone also an extra question [Solved]

whenever i'm in a level (nightclub for example) and i'm trying to do stealth i almost all the time use body bag case because i don't know how to use the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ecm jammer i know that it blocks people from calling the police and all that but if i'm trying to do stealth there shouldn't be a reason some they need to call the police in the first place.

But as soon as i use the jammer everyone in the ♥♥♥♥ing level knows something is up so i'm doing a level with a door to a place i need to be in the door can only be opened with either c4 (loud) a drill (people are patrolling the are so unless i keep my eye on it at all times they will call the police) and ecm jammer that i would think would be the stealth approach except for the fact it's about as stealth as a dude sneaking around with a ♥♥♥♥ing wet suit on.

Please someone help me with this iv'e tried to search up help even when doing the tutorial level showing the ecm jammer i opted to just shoot the camera open the door wait for the guy to see the camera and melee him i want to use the ecm jammer because i'm trying my hardest to do stealth.

Also one extra question, why do some levels that say stealth can be done feel like stealth is impossible like i think the jewelry store mission where the loot i need to grab has 20 ♥♥♥♥ing civies around it and 5 guards patrolling the area the only thing i think i can do is shout at everyone and kill the guards with melee because if i shoot a gun (i also dont know where to find silencers i would also like a little help with that) every ♥♥♥♥er is alerted same with the ecm please help me.

TL;DR: ECM Jammer is being confusing for me and i dont know how to use it without alerting everyone i also dont know how to do (potential) stealth levels with 20 civies and guards where i need to be to get the loot also how do i find silencers where are they at.

Edit: New question, i can't find the hoston breakout contract i want to free hoxton and also unlock that contract, is it an unlockable contract like one that you get at a certain level or is there a bug going on with my game or something

For ECMs you just have to deploy it to block phones/cams and pagers (if you have the skill). If you interact or "activate it" it does the WUWUWUWUWU and that will alert everyone.

Moral of the story. Don't touch the ECM once its down.

Also silencers can be found on "Barrel Ext" tab for gun mods. Make sure you get a Silencer/Supressor and not a Compensator if you're doing stealth.

Allright Thank you i was using to to open a door that had an ecm jammer symbol next to it now i know its only for cameras and phones and thanks for the help with the silencer

In regards to your extra question, Jewelry Store doesn't have more than 4 guards. There can only be 1 up to 4 guards (no matter the difficulty) plus 2 cops at the other side of the street to which can be dispatched easily. RNG is to take in consideration, the scenarios can vary.

Also, you're probably confusing Jewelry Store with Ukrainian Job since either heists are the same but have different objectives. There can be 3 to 6 guards in Ukrainian Job thus things can be a bit harder, you just gotta need to sneak in and be more cautious while using drills.

As for the civilians, shout at them to get them on the ground and tie them up. If you run out of cable ties, either kill them or keep shouting at them. Stockholm Syndrome is a good skill just in case you don't want to kill them. This skill can be found in the mastermind tree.

But yeah don't press "ecm feedback" on stealth as it's more designed for loud. Just place the ecm and leave it.

You can open a door with an ECM (but only if you have the skill for it)
Silencers can be found in weapon modifications.

As for the stealthing, just practice. You will find a way.

The best perk deck is the one that best fits your build and playstyle.
If you are doing a lot of stealth, then burglar perk is a good choice. What makes a good choice for loud is tricky as it should synergise with the skills you are using and what armour you use.
