Report a translation problem
I use most shotguns at 32 to 40 accuracy, and I don't like the flat and wide horizontal pattern the leveller gives.
If you plan on an armor build with it, then the King's Crown for easily hitting 40 accuracy with a few other weapon mods. You could make the leveller work for more damage, I don't recommend the Shark Teeth due to making less than optimal accuracy.
Also, either of the double barrels are fine. But, I do fancy the O/U over the S/S.

wow i didn't know that then again i didn't actually use it much cause it looks ugly on most shotguns
it's in the name, and it's what the real life attachment does as well: it flattens the pattern into a more horizontal shape
