Jacket locked even though I already own Hotline Miami 2?

I bought the bundle pack with Hotline Miami 1 and 2, but I cannot select jacket? What gives?

I am sorry but you didn't buy the "Digital Edition"

You need that to unlock him his perk deck and his weapons.

I bought the same bundle but you also have to get the Digital Special Edition which is basically a DLC for Hotline Miami 2... It unlocks all the stuff you need in Payday 2... I bought them all in one shot when it was in sale, man... Hotline Miami is now one of my favourite games ever made, such an awesome and complex lore, so many little details, so many things... Such an awesome game, was worth every single penny (And still playing it for some achievements)

You've got the base game not the special edition. Buy the upgrade.

It's baasically a ''DLC'' for the base game... right now you have the base game... if you want Jacket you must have both

If you have that game, you must buy the upgrade, it's cheaper.
