Yes, by looking at your build via database. I can tell that you are being absolutely clueless about it. Add in that you have less than a total of 200 game and below 150 hours of gameplay pretty much tell everything there is.
First of all, this is exactly how your build look like in the database.
http://pd2skills.com/#/v3/mACDFgIJkl:gghJKLNpr:::
You're playing DS without 120 skill point, and with a terribly unoptimized build at that. You waste 3 skill point to ace Combat Medic which is particularly useless on difficulty above Overkill.
This is due to the facts that base amount of recovered health upon revive is 10% at difficulty above Overkill instead of the usual 40%, making the revival values at 13% instead of 52%.
Next is that you spend 4 skill point on Hostage Taker basic, which basically only recover 1.5% of your health every 5 second. That's basically 3.45 health from your 230 default health every 5 second or 4.48 for 299 health (Partner In Crime). If we took into account of the recovery rate & time, that's basically take nearly 6 minutes for full recovery.
On the other hand, unit regular damage is 225 damage per shot at DS difficulty. If your health ever take damage... well.. you catch my drift.. don't you?

Then, your build absolutely lack several core skill require for survival such as basic Resilience & Bullseye. You would need the basic Resilience to improve armor recovery rate in order to refresh your grace period as grace period no longer proc with dodge after update #146.

And without Bullseye, you dampen your survivability capabilities as well due to inabilities to armor gating. With the exception of Stoic 9/9 perk, all perk would need this to increase it's survivability considerably high.

And going for Dire Need rather than Shockproof. Basically asking to be immobilize & getting downed. Even if it is RNG, it is still a better fail safe than Dire Need.
No Nine Lives either to expand the number of downed, no Swan Song to work as a fail safe.
And your build basically reeks of the smell of lying about it. Anybody who had read that much guide for DS would basically know the importances of breakpoint, armor gating, nine lives & etc.
Basically only play about 47 game at DW difficulty according to the database, with the only heist I consider rather hard would be Birth of Sky. You have yet to even complete DW difficulty at a heist with rather open space such as Goat Sim, The Bomb: Forest, Hoxton Breakout, Meltdown & etc.
He doesn't even know the theory. He basically just skip DW difficulty & jump into DS.
