how to get lots of skill points

No. You should read up how skill points work.

Skill points are based on your level, each level gives you one skill point though certain levels will give you more. There are heists that give a better amount of xp for the time taken and difficulty than others, for example hoxton breakout and firestarter are pretty good for that, but skill points are entirely based on level and you level up with experience that you get from every heist.

As said before level up, the max level is 100 and the most possible skill points that can be gained is 120. Heists do not give more skill points. However ever you will earn 2 points per 5 level, this sounds confusing but picture it like this. I just started and got to lvl 4 and have 4 skill points, I level up again and have 6 points which is due to lvl 5 giving me 2.

Really? All you had to do was type in something like "Payday 2 how to get skill points" and you will see plenty of sites, other steam discussions about it, and more that could help you a lot more than posting here.

This is good advice. Day 2 and 3 are actually not lucrative and you can exit after day1 unless you intend to double cross. Difference to Cook Off? Less douche bags :) Mayhem is a good meth to money conversion.
