What's the point in acing the Cleaner skill?

As far as I can see there's no way to increase the amount of times you can fool the pager guy so why would you want more than 4 body bags?

Last time I played was on the console version where you could bag/subdue everyone with the right skills; are the days of bagging everyone in stealth jobs, running around an gathering all the loot gone?

Also, not every guard in every heist have pager on it. A good example would be Nightclub & Scarface Mansion.

Guess I could see some uses then.
Have pretty much avoided killing civilians cause I don't have a whole lot of money atm; having started over again and all.

Generally speaking, if you have aced cleaner, you probably also have the skill that reduces civilian casualty costs by 95%, So even on One Down civs only cost like 6k a kill. :P Once you get past your first infamy money starts becoming almost a non issue.

Tip: IF you have yet to finish your first infamy (Reach level 100, and reset to 0), when you get to 100, spend what money you have buying weapon slots and expensive weapons to put in them. You can resell them after going infamous to get some starter cash back. (Going infamous the first 5 times resets your on-hand cash, but not your inventory)

Not every guard has a pager. Thugs, Biker and the outdoor guards at Scarface Mansion don't have them.

Election day, day two (the stealthable one) some of the cops/guards outside don't have pagers.
