Compact Holosight and Regular Holo has no difference?
I just noticed the Compact Holo and Regular Holo literally has no difference besides maybe FOV changes, same concealment and stability. Kinda weird IMO

They wouldnt be the same then.

Compact Holo also looks weird.

They are 100% identical except for their visual. Most sights are pretty much the same, it's more about player preference, really.

Some sights have different zoom, and are incompatable with magnifier

Doesn't change that they are the same - there is no difference between the MilSpec or the Military Red Dot (besides how they look), there is no difference between Holo and Compact Holo,...
There are basically only four sight groups with various zoom levels and that's pretty much it.

I guess the "compact" prefix is pretty misleading huh

Thats my point, theres different zoom levels, which makes the sights different.
ACOG and Surgeon Sight aren't just cosemeticly different

Not really - it's physically smaller. Hence "compact".

Which I never said.

Still pointless. It's like calling a Speculator Sight a "Big See More Sight" just because it's bigger.'

TBH it shouldn't be called "compact" if it doesn't even have a lower concealment reduction.

Not really. The See More Sight and Speculator are not the same sight.

Meanwhile the Holo and Compact Holo are both holographic sights so a distinction needs to be made- The Compact Holo is smaller (even though it's a cosmetic difference, it is smaller than the normal holo) so it's labelled as Compact.

To top it off, they are made by the same company and the compact holosight is the newer model. EOTech Model 553 for the Holosight, EOTech XPS for the Compact Holosight.

It was just more of a comparison.

IMO the name is sorta misleading, I kinda wish they actually gave it a lesser concelment reduction

And this matters why?

I'd use the iron sights more often if it wasn't for missing out on the +4 stability.

Well, they ARE the same sight, even in real life - just that the compact holosight is a bit shorter AND NOTHING ELSE.
