There's no cloud syncing for this game when it comes to saves?
Since your playersave data is in another castle.
i just installed this game again yesterday and my stats is not reset
last time i played this game is a year ago
i disabled the steam cloud btw
There is, unless you turn it off.
let me say again "STEAM CLOUD DOES NOT GET THE PLAYERSAVE DATA"
since it is located elseware.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\RANDOMNUMBER\218620
and NOT in the game files
You figure with the devs churning out half-baked DLC's and spending money on updates, they could've put some time into I dunno actually making their savegames function for the people who buy their game and DLC.
Welp, better get to grinding another 180 hours to get back to where I was. Thanks for respoding my dude, at least you were able to give me that much.

This guide shows where the files are stored. If you copy the 'remote' folder from the old PC and put it in save-file location on your new PC, you should have everything back again.
If your old PC is inaccessible or your save files are gone, you can make backups of your PD2 save file in a similar fashion using that guide. That will ensure your progress is safe in the future.
Hopefully you can get it all back, though!
Cheers
