Every build uses Anarchist

I feel like I've done a terrible mistake not buying this DLC when they were on sale a few weeks ago! Every build I find online uses the Anarchist perk deck. Are the other perk decks even viable compared to it? #

Can anyone point me at a good Shotgun, Rifle and Pistol build that does not use this perk deck please?

Then again I only play solo in overkill. Don't take me too seriously.
But still, it's an okay perk deck. 32% less damage with three enemies around is nothing to sneeze at, and getting 1/5th of your health back just for whacking a hostage cop on the head is pretty good.
There ARE better options out there, but I'm fond of this perk deck. It's fun.

Use anarchist deck, aced berserker>silentkiller>lowblow>body expertise with DMR kit.

Can someone just link me to some builds? I just tried a berzerker shotgun build with silenced and concealed shotguns (and the skills that boost damage + crits for that) and it was absolutely garbage.

You need to use auto shotgun for that and im sure you can figure it our yourself.
