you will get it probably within the first hour of launch, I believe because the publisher requires them to release keys after launch not before.

Sorry, but no.. on the rare occasion I pre-order I stick with Steam. CD-Keys can be a wee bit 'patchy'.

You will get it, it will either be a few mins before or within the first hour of launch.
The publisher has rules on the release of keys they must follow

They have, ive got mine redeemed in steam an hour early, problem is that on the steam game library page it states coming 10 sep 2024 lol so idk whats up with that,
