He's a just a random, bored, depressed individual with nothing better to do than to bash games. I enjoy this game except for the few bugs which will be fixed in coming patches. Jesus christ I wish people would stop griping about this game. I love it because I am a fan of history, especially this period in time before Christianity ruined Europe, and it is a good game to complement EU 4 and the Old Gods DLC for CK 2.

Except everything he said was to-the-point and true. If you deny the things he talked about then you are just lying to yourself.

A few small things I don't agree with, but overall he points out the game's flaws really well. It's pretty grating when you take the PR quotes from CA he dug up into account.

Angry Joe's review is spot on. First hour or two of gameplay I thought, wow. After that though, the problems came thick and fast. At the moment, Rome 2 seems tremendously shallow and i've become bored very quickly. I certainly hope CA sort out the huge AI problems and also add some depth to the mind numbing diplomacy and political aspects. If not, I can't see me coming back to Rome 2. It really does feel like a beta game that's been rushed out unfinished.
