they most likley designed the AvP tracker to find the alien.. as the one in the game was designed to track rodents although as ripley states when aquiring this device.. its been modified.
But none the less you are right. That clicking military motion tracker was bad ass :D
That's the one I'm talking about - blue screen, big etc. The one which was making these "waves"
every half second. True that, I can't even look anymore at AvP but the motion tracker could be really nice :) (Just to be sure - I'm talking about the one used by Marines in "Aliens")

Those are different trackers altogether.

Well then, they could exchange the current one in the game for the one in Aliens on Nightmare difficulty setting xD That would be still kinda cool.
