cant find device to powerup

i found the device at the elevator with people shooting at me and i need to repower it up to move on, please give me a hint where to find the modular device to fix it; lost looked everywhere

Your new objective will be to Find a Data Cell to Repair the Security Access Tuner, but you have four hostile people approaching from the top floor, just to the right of where you originally entered this area. Turn around from where you picked up the Access Tuner and head up the stairs to your right, then move around the balcony in a counterclockwise fashion. You will now be able to go through a door that was previously locked. In fact, it's the same door the four humans just entered the area through. Congratulations, you just gave them the slip.

And objectives show up with big white circle on map.

I'm not 100% sure where you are (whole station begins to look the same) But check your map and key for locked door,s points of interest. I was back and forth for an hour straight at a point later in the game until I happened to notice a small tunnel, went in there, next peice complet, able to move on. Far as the people shooting at you I just kill everyone I began capping them straight away. I deal with a holes in real life, not going to in a game.
