He mentioned at the start of the game "he doesn't need much sleep" to Ripley. That's where i expected him to be an android.
Also I wouldn't write was a what, cause in the Alien franchise "Person A was a XXXXX" pretty much guarantees Android :D
It was handled kinda stupidly TBH, they keep it from you for so long then just drop it on you like you should know about it.
Maybe they cut some parts of the game cause it was to long? Maybe we will see an A:I Directors Cut in 10 years time with the missing levels?
I almost feel like they were GOING to have "samuels is an android" be a legit twist, because of that moment where we covertly watch him beating the ♥♥♥♥ out of a working joe with his superhuman strength. It felt like a proper reveal moment, where the player / Ripley would've gone "♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, who is this guy really?"
But I guess with him exiting the story shortly after, there wasn't really much point in planting doubt about Samuels, since he's the big hero in the next scene. Still wish he didn't have to go so quickly.
amanda is sweating but samuel is not sweating
