One of the most profiltable mobile games, and it shows other fans of the game streaming and playing at home. It may be hard to believe but there are legitimate mobile gamers who play even at home. I actually have a friend who was obsessed with saint seiya mobile games for his phone and he even played it at home.
Yes I watched it all. He's not a gamer, he's a gambler. Mobile games just aren't real games. Most of them now are literally designed to extract as much money from you as possible using the same tactics a casino uses.
The whole thing is just a cynical cash grab. Some PC games are as well.
Still doesn't take away from the fact that the mobile audience is growing to our dismay. I despise mobile gaming, but it's not gonna stop developers from trying to put their brand games on them. Did you hear about diablo

It's kind of like how consoles take a lot of power and effort away from PC as cash flow is more prevelent there. PC can push video games and developers to their limits especially using new technologies to their advantage, but whatever is most profitable is the winner ultimately.
I agree and I sure did hear about Diablo. It sucks. I'm not worried though. I don't care how much mobile "gaming" grows - I'm still going to go ahead and say it's not real gaming, it's "ooo look, shiny red ball, let me input my credit card details!!!"
And I don't care how many AAA developers move their operations to mobile - in fact it might be a good thing if they do, because the AAA market crashed hard in 2018. Let them go to mobile and sell gambling to children and 30-year old men with gambling addictions.
Meanwhile on the PC we'll have AA and indie companies filling the gap in the market for real games, and they're competent and passionate as hell. CDPR were a AA company who became a AAA company when they made Witcher 3, but they don't sell microtransactions. Original Sin 2 (one of the best RPG's of all time) was made by a AA company.
I ain't worried about the gaming industry. I want it to crash and I want EA and Activision and them to focus on mobile. They suck now anyway. Let them go and let passionate AA and indie devs take their place on PC.
