Clearing this up;
I lost many games due to misinformation being spread, so here are a couple of myths:

1. Baker does not start off with Bread
Had a Spy detect someone with Bread, and someone said they were Baker because Baker started off with Bread. They didn't deny it bc they were Jester. Jester then haunted me. No, Baker does not start off with Bread, it never did, and it wouldn't make sense for that to be the case.
< This is actually true.

2. Arsonist does not start off Doused
This is just the case of obvious. Why on Earth would Arsonist start off doused when it kills all doused targets? Had a game where Soy found me doused, and someone said I was Arso; this is not the case, and I wasn't Arso.

The only thing that starts off with anything is PB, and if Spy finds someone has been plagued, don't just say "They are PB", because they could've been infected by PB. PB can infect at max 15 people a night, so that isn't something to off of. It isn't a "50/50", there are so many variables there. This causes mys lynches

3. Magic Mirrors do not protect against harmful stuff that doesn't kill. I got pushes as Trickster because I was on the Mayor (I was the only "TP" that could protect them), and Mayor got silenced, and then someone started pushing me saying "If u were on them how did Mayor get silenced?". I kept telling them because I'm not Crusader, and eventually was forced to full claim, and then they said "Trickster should've absorbed that", and hung me. Then they had the audacity to say "Why weren't you on Mayor". Like how do you even get this wrong? And I think they think every TP protects against every little thing like that.

4. There can be 2 good people in Psychic good vision. Unless the person in the good vision was evil, then if a good person in the good vision dies doesn't confirm them. 2 good people can appear in the good vision. I was hung because I was in the good vision with the dead Investigator. No, Psychic doesn't do this.

And do not trust whats written on the wiki all the time unless it's explicitly stated in the game itself. Jester said straight from the wiki Baker starts off with Bread. For one, people need to stop putting bs in the wiki because it's confusing people, and 2, don't trust everything you see on there.

Thats my rant

Ironically point 1 of this post is misinformation, Baker and Plaguebearer start with their respective ability tags to make them less visible to Spy late into the game.

I guess this is a recent change then, because I was never found out as Baker from spy

Baker does indeed start off with Bread, primarily so Spy cannot detect who doesn't have bread once famine comes out.

Baker has always started with bread and has done since pretty much the beginning - I went through a phase of having Baker like 3-4 matches a day for a month and regularly got caught by spy.

Its not, I would've known if it was since I hang in in the (formerly) ToS2 Discord.

whole thread is based on gaslighing with wrong infos. noob

The only info that was false in the original post was about Baker not having bread, everything else is correct.

On the subject of clearing up information, is there a place that lists all the sheriff results and what roles are "astral?"

I gave up on faking sheriff because there are so many weird rules and I'll get called out by sweats that know ever detail and the same with the astrals visits. The game either used to say or only says on a certain number of roles that they're astral so when I try to say "no I visited this person" then I just get called out for faking because the role is astral and there is absolutely no way to know that and I honestly don't even know if people are true half the time.

The psychic thing bothers me the most, too many people treat day 2 psychic info like its a seer or likewise thing the other 2 are confirmed town when they find 1 evil.

For Sheriff, only NA's, NK's, and Book Holders don't show sus. The roles that are astral are; Shrouds Shroud (I think), SC's Reap, Hex Masters Hex, Ritualist (When performing blood ritual), Necromancers Ghoul (Partly).

It can be 1 good, 2 evil, 2 evil, 1 good, or all 3 evil. If one of the players in the Psychic will died or is revealed, and is conf town, then town should push those remaining two because at least one of those people is evil.

Slight correction on Sheriff: The roles that show as SUS are: Coven (except wielder of the Necronomicon or is illusioned that night), Neutral Evils, Anyone enchanted by the Enchanter (which then gets dispelled when checked by TI)

Necromancer's Ghoul is not true Astral as it still trips visit detection but has no name tied to it.

Side note with Sheriff - Do remember you can quickly pull up the role card in game to check what comes up as sus, unlike most of the things talked about in this thread, that info is on the role card.
