Did it show an error code? because the friendship-code is tied to the UID it should still work theoretically, we maybe just couldn't meet in game in Order to both get the 2000 friendshippoints, or they disabled it completely for different regions.

Don't get fooled by people telling you to use their friend code as an "event" code. The friends code is used to help out new players that use the code and then they get gifts as well as a weapon from the code issuer, like I give the purple socor assault rifle to those who use my code. And you also get 30% exp buff until level 30. I see people trying to trick folks into using their friends code saying it is a event code. You don't need friends like that :) Feel free to message me in game if you need help or have questions.

I'm sorry if that upsets you or you are mad because of this, but I made a own discussion with my code 5 Minutes before you did it and my discussion was the first on steam with that topic, you had to see it and I still didn't flame you for making your own discussion. Besides it's supposed to be a help for new players while giving the more advanced player something little for helping the new players out, I just gave them more options, so they had the opportunity to choose which gun they rather wanted, and if it's a consolation for you, atm just one person used my code through your discussion, the others I invited through the game or because they are my real-life friends.
