All Cosmetics are gone?!

Hello, I started the game in August 24 and bought cosmetic content for the character and the buildings, when I wanted to give the game another chance today, I realized that ALL cosmetic content is no longer unlocked. (Yes I bought them with real money) How can I get them back?

Did you create a new character?You have to play the character you bought them in.

How did you conclude that it was gone? Maybe it's simply unequiped?

The "Season" was over so i cant play my old Char so i created a new one, they are all Locked, like i never bought them.

Wait does it mean that Cosmetics that are bought with Real Money are binded to ONE char? how dumb is this

you can use the same character for multiple seasons.

I fixed it somehow, i go to eternalland with my old char (this one had the Cosmetics) and after that i joined with a new one and it got the Cosmetics too.

You didn't fix anything. You just didn't understand how the game works. When seasons end, certain things from the world are moved to the Spacetime Backpack in Eternaland - which includes cosmetics. If the backpack is full, the rest of the stuff that goes there is put into a temprary backpack for a period of time until the player removes them from the temp storage. If the fetch time expires (a week), the items are converted to Astral Sand..

are u in the server? i mean, EU or Northamerica.
Because i had a char in Europe and with that i bought all the cosmetics.

Later i made a char in North America, because i wanted to play on the new Map. and there wasnt a free Server in europe. So i did a char in Nort A. And i couldnt use my cosmetics.
Its only works on the Sever where u bought it.

Yes, cosmetics are shared across characters from the same account, provided you're not changing domain (eu, america etc)
