More serious... there's a ton of chatter on my server which I don't understand. Now, I don't mind at all but I do wonder.. what language is this? Given my timezone and playtimes (I'm frmo the Netherlands / GMT+1) I'd say this could be Russian but.. I dunno.

There's like ton of Russians playing this. It's constant spam all of the time in world chat :)

It's called cyrillic (maybe misspelled that one).
It diverts from the regular alfabet just like the ''arabic alfabet'' is called Al-abjaydiyah and you got the chinese and Japanese characters (dunno those names)

Since Russia is pretty humongous a large amount of folks that use cyrillic are Russian. But it's a bit of a stereotype to point every1 that uses Cyrillic Russian. Ukraine for example uses Cyrillic as well.

My name kinda gives away where i'm from (also Netherlands) and encountering the same thing in my server

The good thing is they can still link events i can click on to join and teleport to.

Russia is in the Eu.. soon they'll also have tanks in the Eu.. but that's another matter. We'll all be speaking Russian soon enough. At least as Dutch you'll learn it faster, Dutch seem to speak every language. Probably a good idea to learn now.
