Yes, you can change your home territory every 20 minutes. If you have the base expansion, do not make your base too big or on very uneven ground. I had to destroy parts of my first base to make it easier to relocate to land terrain and area I wanted.

Why though? You can literally teleport to your base anyways.

you can teleport to and from your base from wherever, dont need a teleporter nearby

Being a near a teleport will let you swap between worlds but as a teleport itself isn't much use

No you dont carry it with you...

Just go find a new spot you like, press B... then press Z... and it will "magically teleport" your Base to the new location and let you position it before its final.

You can also make a blueprint of it.
