After all, you can see that the last phase of the current season.
BUT Anyway, I think we need a more detailed explanation of the announcement.
Their idea is for you to look at the server list and see a list of servers running several different seasonal scenarios concurrently. You decide which scenario you're interested in and play on a server that is running it until the event concludes, and then you repeat the process. You can play the same scenario again or you can pick a different scenario. Other players are doing the same thing and not necessarily choosing the same scenario as you. Obviously this results in a more fractured community.
It is simpler to look at it as a collection of mini-games to choose from, and a central account to which rewards obtained from those mini-games are funneled to. You can think of Eternaland as the visualized lobby you always return to between games; a place where your rewards are stored. Your character is not a persistent entity, but rather a device used to participate in those different mini-games. One month you're opting for Freeze-Tag, another month you're opting for Hop Scotch, another month you're playing Hide-and-Go-Seek. You get the idea.
I just want to say that I think people are setting themselves up for disappointment if they think these wipes will resolve the problem of full-servers preventing you from playing with friends. Unless you are actively coordinating with your friends and all agree not to select a new server until you can all start at exactly the same time, there is still a possibility of getting locked out from the next server your friends end up on.
No this is correct.
Imagine eternaland as your permanent base.
You then jump unto a server, once that goes kaput you take EVERYTHING you had on the server back into eternaland.
And can then decide to join another server, you can also just make characters on other servers.
I would obviously recommend getting your friends on the same one if you want to have fun together, but you can start now and then play together when the server ends.
Or when you feel that you have achieved enough, it can just wait on that server as you join another one.
If that would be how it works, I just need to know now. Some of us could wait a couple of weeks, some don't want to and want to play with friends right now so they can make characters on the other server. Others don't have tons of time to re-play everything, so they would not want to get rid of their current character and progression.
I dont understand what you dont understand mate.
