What is Rebirth?

Thank you, Panic Fire! This is the first and only place on the 'Net where I've seen anybody actually say what Rebirth actually does. (Clearly a very useful patch to have equipped...)

It's incredibly sad how none of the so-called game strategy sites or even the Prima guide (which I have) even lists these things or explains them.

Is it always on even if its used one time? like if the effect used in the first battle is the effectin the second battle still there?

No idea buddy. I have forgotten everything about this game. I don't think that it lasts thorugh multiple instances of combat. I think that if there is a break in the action by either you killing everyone or a cutscene that it resets, unless you are in like a boss battle maybe.

If you have the superhero torso armor equiped (DLC), it gives it every battle.
